Life Fitness Pro 2 Lateral Raise
With this lateral raise machine from Life Fitness 's Pro 2 series, you can train your deltoid shoulder muscles in isolation and gently. The seat is height-adjustable to 12 different levels, allowing you to customize the lateral raise to your individual height. The fitness machine is equipped with a large 95 kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in small 7 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people. The lateral raise machine also features two 2.5 kg weight plates.
