With this butterfly from Life Fitness 's Pro 2 series, you can train your chest muscles effectively yet gently. The seat height can be adjusted to 12 different heights to suit any body size. The pec fly machine also features a footrest. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large 138 kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5 kg increments using the additional weights, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people. The starting position for the butterfly movement can be adjusted to five different heights. The device is identical to the Hammer Strength Select Pectoral Fly device.
