With the Life Fitness Pro 2 series abdominal machine , you can strengthen your abdominal muscles gently and in isolation, as it replicates the movement of crunches/sit-ups, only the exercise is performed while seated. The seat of the ab crunch machine is height-adjustable to five different levels, and the footrest is adjustable to six different heights, allowing the ab crunch machine to be individually adjusted to your body size. The starting angle can be set to three different levels. The fitness device is equipped with a 70 kg weight stack in 5 kg increments.
