With this Crunch abdominal machine from Life Fitness ' Optima series, you can effectively but also gently train your straight and side abdominal muscles (abs).
The abdominal trainer is equipped with a 63kg weight block with 7kg increments. An additional weight of approximately 3.5kg can be activated to allow for smaller increases.
