The Smith Machine SSM can be individually adjusted to all levels of difficulty by varying the number of kilograms of the weight plates. The high-quality and extremely stable multi-press allows you to safely and effectively perform squat and bench press exercises , as well as complex, connected exercises such as deadlifts and many more. The Signature Series Smith Machine has a 7-degree incline, which corresponds to the natural path of movement when pressing or squats. Adjustable emergency shelves also ensure safe solo training.
