With this glute machine from Life Fitness ' Insignia series, you can train your glutes and buttocks in an isolated and gentle way. The chest pad is height/incline adjustable to 7 levels, so you can adapt the glute machine to any body size. The strength training device allows you to train with both the right and left leg; you can simply fold the footrest/treadle to the desired side. The carriage is mounted on ball bearings. The fitness device is equipped with a large 95kg plug-in weight block , making it suitable for heavy strength training. However, you can increase the training weight in small 2.5kg increments using the fine weight, making the exercise device easy to use even for older/weaker people.
