With this kneeling glute machine from Life Fitness, you can train your glutes in isolation and gently. The abdominal support and knee rest are height-adjustable, allowing the glute machine to be individually adjusted to your body size. The fitness machine is equipped with a 63 kg (140 lb) weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in small 4.5 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people.
