The FlexStrider Trainer from Life Fitness offers a whole new training experience and is an improvement on the classic cross trainer or elliptical trainer. The large pedals do not have a predetermined motion curve like conventional machines; you can determine this yourself during training. If you take longer strides, the pedals move further forward and further back, simulating real running or sprinting. With normal strides, you create a kind of jogging motion, and if you just pedal up and down on the spot, the machine acts like a stepper, as if you were running or walking up stairs. You determine the type of workout you are doing through your movements and you don't have to adjust anything on the machine.
With interactive layouts, a high-resolution, large touchscreen , and great entertainment options like TV and internet compatibility (multimedia), the Discover SE Console brings your gym to the forefront of the digital fitness world. Internet access via LAN or WLAN (Wi-Fi), DVB-T2 TV reception, and various websites can be accessed online. Virtual running routes allow you to train virtually "all over the world." Several apps are also available.
The Life Fitness Elevation Series cardio equipment is perfect for professional use in fitness studios and clubs. The modern look and smart console functions give your customers a gym experience of the future. A variety of training programs on the display provide additional motivation.
