With this dip/chin-up machine from Life Fitness, you can safely and effectively perform pull-ups and dips with weight support, ensuring clean execution even as a beginner. The various grip positions on the dip/chin-up machine allow you to tailor your training to your individual needs. The leg pad for weight support can be folded in so the machine can also be used without support. The fitness device is equipped with a plug-in weight block with 85 kg increments for support and has a fine weight in 0.5 kg, 2.5 kg, and 7.5 kg increments. Steps are also included for easy mounting and dismounting.
