This dual chest press from Life Fitness ' Signature series (built like a Hammer Strength machine) enables safe and effective training of the entire chest muscles . The cable pulleys on the chest press can be swiveled and used independently of one another, thus offering a wide variety of training options. It is also possible to perform other exercises such as one-arm shoulder presses while standing (e.g. as a multifunctional machine for home use). The muscles can be addressed and challenged using various exercise variations and angles. Thanks to the carabiners, different handles can be used for training. The seat is height-adjustable to 9 levels, supported by a gas pressure damper, so the chest press can be individually adjusted to suit your body size. The bench press machine is equipped with two separate plug-in weight blocks , each with a weight of 45.5 kg in fine 2.5 kg or 3.5 kg increments.
