Life Fitness Seated Leg Press, Signature Series, 195kg Weight Block, Used - Refurbished Condition
With this leg press from Life Fitness Train your leg muscles effectively yet gently. The large footplate allows for multiple foot positions and is extra non-slip. Power is transferred through the hips, not the knees, thus relieving strain on the spine. The starting position is variably adjustable, allowing the leg press to be individually adapted to body size and leg length. Training is therefore possible for both short and tall people with excellent biomechanics (similar to a functional press). The leg press is equipped with a large 195 kg weight block in 10 kg increments. The fitness device also features a fine weight in 0.5 kg, 2.5 kg, and 7.5 kg increments.
