With this seated leg curl from Life Fitness' Signature Series, you can gently and isolatedly train the back leg muscles . The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The backrest is adjustable to 8 different positions. The starting angle can be adjusted to 5 different positions, the leg pad for counter pressure can be adjusted to 9 different positions, and the cushioned roller for exercise execution can be adjusted to 4 different positions, allowing the strength training device to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 135 kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5 kg increments using fine weights, making the exercise device easy to use even for older/weaker people.
