The Life Fitness Signature Series chest press allows for safe and effective training of the entire chest muscles . It precisely targets and challenges each muscle. The seat is height-adjustable to nine different positions, and the starting position is adjustable to three different positions, allowing the chest press to be individually adapted to your height and range of motion. The bench press machine is equipped with an extra-large 145kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5kg increments using fine weights, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker users.
