With this back extension machine from Life Fitness's Signature Series, you can train your lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The back cushion of the back extension machine is height- adjustable to five different levels, as is the footrest, allowing the machine to be adapted to a wide range of users. The fitness machine is equipped with an extremely large 145 kg weight stack , making it suitable for very heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 2.5 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people.
