With this bicep machine from Life Fitness' Signature Series, you can train your arm muscles gently and in isolation. The arm curl offers independent arms for one-sided training if desired. The arms and handles of the bicep curl machine are ball-bearing and pivot, so the handles automatically adjust to any forearm length, and the ball bearings relieve pressure on the wrists. The seat height can be adjusted to nine levels, supported by a gas spring, allowing the strength training device to be even better tailored to the needs of the user. The fitness machine is equipped with a large 95 kg plug-in weight block . By adding additional weight, the height can be increased in fine 2.5 kg increments.
