With this adductor machine from Life Fitness, you can train your inner thigh muscles in isolation and gently. The starting position is variably adjustable, allowing the adductor machine to be individually adapted to the desired range of motion. The fitness machine is equipped with a plug-in weight block weighing 86 kg (190 lbs). However, the weight can be increased in small 4.5 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker individuals.
