With this Life Fitness Signature Series abdominal machine , you can train your abdominal muscles in isolation and gently with an AB crunch/sit-up movement . The seat is height-adjustable to 9 different positions and supported by a gas-filled shock absorber, allowing the abdominal crunch to be individually adjusted to your body size. The handles on the strength training device are rubberized and extra-large. The abdominal crunch is equipped with a large 95 kg weight stack . By adding an additional weight, the training weight can be increased in fine 2.5 kg increments.
