With these 2 devices in a set consisting of a seated leg extension and a seated leg curl from Life Fitness ' Signature Series, you can safely and effectively train the front and back thigh muscles.
Leg extension: Here you can train the thigh and leg extensor muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The backrest is adjustable to 8 levels. The starting angle of the exercises can be adjusted to several different levels, and the cushioned roller has a 4-level incline, allowing the strength training device to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 145kg plug-in weight block . However, you can increase the weight in small 2.5kg increments using fine weights, making the exercise device easy to use even for older/weaker people.
Leg curl: Here you can train the back leg muscles in isolation and gently. The muscles are precisely targeted and challenged. The backrest is adjustable to 8 levels. The starting angle can be adjusted to 5 levels, the leg pad for counter pressure can be adjusted to 9 levels, and the cushioned roller for exercise execution can be adjusted to 4 levels in terms of incline, allowing the strength training device to be individually adapted to your body size. The fitness device is equipped with an extra-large 135kg plug-in weight block . However, you can increase the weight in small 2.5kg increments using fine weights, making the exercise device easy to use even for older/weaker people.
