Lat pulldown machine from above, cable pull from above
With this lat pulldown machine you can train your back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The exercise is carried out using a cable pull which has a carabiner. This means that you can use a variety of different grips with which you want to train on the pulldown machine . The leg support is height-adjustable , so the lat pulldown machine can be individually adapted to your body size. The lat pulldown is very high and thus also allows people who are at least 1.90m tall to hang out! You could also train triceps while standing on the cable pull from above, for example. The pulldown is equipped with a large 100kg weight block. However, you can increase the weight in 5kg increments, making the exercise equipment easy for older/weaker people to use.
