With this lat pulldown machine, you can train your back muscles in isolation. The exercise is performed using a cable pulley with a carabiner. This allows you to use different grips for the pulldown machine . The seat is adjustable via a threaded rod, allowing for a rotating movement. The height is adjustable to various levels, allowing the lat pulldown machine to be individually adjusted to your body size. The cable pull from above can also be used to train triceps while standing. The lat pulldown is equipped with an extra-large 140 kg weight stack .
