With this lat pulldown and rowing - 2 in 1 combination device from Teuwsen Sportgeräte ( MADE IN GERMANY ) you can effectively but also gently train your back muscles, including the latissimus dorsi and the large trapezius muscle. To switch from the lat pulldown exercise to the long pulley rowing you don't have to convert or change anything, just pick up the other handle and you can start training. The combination device is equipped with a large plug-in weight block with 100kg in 5kg increments. The leg support is height-adjustable in 11 levels, so the fitness device can be perfectly adapted to any body size and always guarantee optimal biomechanics during the exercise.
