L+K abdominal machine, abdominal crunch
Semi-reclining abdominal machine with chain/chain drive from the German company L+K for training the rectus abdominis. The movement is similar to crunches/sit-ups.This is an old-school bodybuilding machine with signs of wear. The machine is functional, but due to its cosmetic defects, it's being sold at a bargain price without any warranty, guarantee, or right to exchange.
Weight block: 80kg in 5kg increments, chrome-plated - The sword is longer, so more discs can be added later.
