With this Lat Pull machine, you can train your upper back muscles in isolation and gently. The exercise is performed using a cable pulley with a carabiner. This allows you to use a variety of different grips depending on your training needs. The seat is height-adjustable , allowing the lat pulldown machine to be individually adjusted to your body size. The pulldown machine is equipped with a large 100 kg weight stack with 5 kg increments.
