All set parameters are saved on your personal chip card. From now on, all you have to do is insert your card, and the equipment will adjust to your personal values within seconds.

THE TRAINING IS NOTICEABLY MORE EFFECTIVE
The effectiveness of the Milon equipment is approximately 30-40% more effective than training with conventional equipment. Why? The muscle is loaded in two different ways. This means: During the forward movement, the muscle must overcome resistance (concentric), but during the backward movement, it must also counteract the additional weight (eccentric) – and this happens without a break. This puts a double strain on the muscle, which particularly boosts metabolic activity.
