With this height-adjustable functional trainer from Keiser 's Infinity Series Model 3020, you can perform a variety of cable exercises in isolation and without stress. The cable pulleys each have two extensions that can be used independently. A variety of handles can be attached using the carabiners. The training arms can be angle-adjusted to 11 different positions, allowing you to train many different muscle groups on one device. The weight of the strength training device is regulated via gas pressure and can therefore be individually adjusted.
