With this back extension machine from Kaphingst, you can train your back extensor muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The Lower Back Machine offers various settings for the starting angle and the range of motion limiter. The fitness equipment has a footrest that can be adjusted in height in various steps. The leg pad can be adjusted in height in 4 steps, and the rear seat pad can be adjusted in inclination in 5 steps. The head and neck rest can be adjusted in height in 15 steps. Likewise, the back pad can be adjusted to the user's height in 18 steps. Due to the multitude of individual adjustment options, the device can be perfectly adapted to a wide variety of users. The hyperextension strength machine is equipped with an extra large weight stack with 160kg in 8kg increments and is suitable for both beginners/weaker individuals and heavier strength training.
