With this 2 in 1 butterfly combination strength training device from Kaphingst (Made in Germany), you can effectively but also gently train the upper and lateral back muscles and parts of the shoulder muscles as well as the chest muscles. The official manufacturer name for this butterfly combination strength training device is posture and chest stabilizer. The device offers a variety of adjustment options so that the machine can be perfectly tailored to your needs. The fitness device is equipped with a large 104 kg weight block which increases in fine 3 kg increments at the beginning, in 5 kg increments in the middle, and from 48 kg in 8 kg increments for advanced athletes.
The seat height can be adjusted in 18 steps Adjust with the help of a gas pressure spring to adapt the device to any body size. The entry aid (must be operated by a separate person, e.g. trainer/therapist) makes it easier to start the movement without overstretching the muscles. The arms can be adjusted in length to 10 levels for the optimal grip position for both short and tall people. The starting position of the movement can be set in different steps for both exercises. If you sit with your chest on the cushion, you can perform the butterfly reverse exercise for the back muscles, if you sit with your back on the cushion you can train the normal butterfly exercise for the chest muscles. In addition, the angle of the back cushion can be adjusted to 5 levels.
