The Jimsa Coolline chest press allows for safe and effective training of the entire chest muscles . It precisely targets and challenges the muscles . The seat and backrest can be adjusted in height to seven different levels. This strength training machine offers two different grip positions for a varied workout. The bench press machine is equipped with an extra-large 130 kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in 5 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people.
