With this back extension machine from Inotec, you can train the lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The starting position of the back extension machine can be adjusted to five different positions and body sizes. The hyperextension features two different footrests, providing good support for both shorter and taller people. The fitness machine is equipped with a 109 kg weight stack , making it suitable for heavy strength training. The weight can be increased in 7 kg increments; an additional 3.5 kg weight can be added for a slight increase, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people.
