The Reverse Fly machine has pivoting, movable arms that automatically adjust to the arm length of the exerciser.
The easy adjustment of the starting position and the two possible hand positions offer a wide range of training options. Thanks to the ratchet seat adjustment, the user can easily reach the desired seat height. The long, narrow back pad supports the back during the pec fly exercise and the chest during the rear delt movement.
