The storage platform for the hex bar also helps with back problems through deadlifts and is also one of the three basic exercises that almost all muscles in the body need to contribute. The second basic exercise: squats are also performed with the hex bar. The storage platform allows you to change the plates without effort because the weights are a few centimeters in the air and even during the exercise for a better starting position. Various exercises can be performed with the adjustable weight bench. Bench presses, butterflies, rowing, pullovers, bicep curls, and tricep extensions are just a few.
The pair of dumbbells, adjustable from 2.5 to 24 kg in 15 different weight settings, helps you perform all of the exercises mentioned above. Of course, there's also a matching stand for the dumbbells, which conveniently stores them at work height. The weight plate rack keeps all your weight plates neatly at your side.
