With this 45 and 90-degree back extension bench from Hoist , you can train your lower back muscles in isolation and gently. The leg pad of the hyperextension bench is adjustable in length, allowing the back extension bench to be individually adapted to your body size. The incline of the fitness equipment can also be adjusted to 45, 60, 75, or 90 degrees.
