Hoist Roc-IT Preacher Curl, RPL-5102 Biceps Machine, Biceps Curl, Roc IT Plate loaded series
With this plate-loaded biceps machine from Hoist (made in the USA), you can effectively yet gently train your arm muscles and biceps. Thanks to the unique technology of the ROC IT series, the seat moves during the movement, allowing the athlete to move slightly on the machine during the exercise, ensuring the perfect training angle.
The biceps strength machine has two weight slots with 50mm plate diameters and four storage compartments on the rear of the frame. The seat height can be adjusted to seven different positions for optimal bicep training.
- The ROC-IT technology aligns the user with the training arms during the movement and moves the seat slightly upwards during the exercise for a comfortable angle during the workout.
- Independent, converging training arms ensure natural movement
- The training handles offer several positions for gripping, from classic Scott curls to hammer curls, and are ball-bearing mounted and rotate during training, which is good for the wrists.
