With this butterfly machine from Hoist (made in the USA), you can train your chest muscles effectively yet gently. Thanks to the unique technology of the ROC IT Selectorized series, the seat, and thus the athlete, moves slightly on the machine during the exercise, ensuring the perfect training angle.
The strength training machine features a stack of weights with 18 levels for heavy strength training. The seat height can be adjusted to seven different positions for optimal chest training. The starting position can be set to four different positions , depending on the desired degree of stretch/tension or training angle during the exercise. The handles are ball-bearing and can rotate 360° , thus protecting your wrists.
- The ROC-IT technology aligns the user with the training arms during the movement, for a start with the handles at chest height and a finish with the grip level slightly lower, thus targeting the entire chest muscles.
