With this plate-loaded rowing machine from Hoist (made in the USA), you can train your back muscles effectively yet gently. Thanks to the unique technology of the ROC IT series, the seat moves during movement, allowing the athlete to move slightly on the machine during exercise, ensuring the perfect training angle.
The Mid Row strength machine has two weight slots for 50mm discs and four storage compartments on the rear frame. The seat height can be adjusted to seven different positions for optimal rowing training.
- ROC-IT technology aligns the user with the training arms during the movement, leans the upper body forward for a good stretch/tension at the beginning, and moves the seat down slightly during the exercise for a comfortable, lower end point when rowing.
- Independent, converging training arms ensure natural movement and minimize stress on the shoulder
- The training handles are ball-bearing and can be rotated 360 degrees for different training angles
- Chest pad adjustable in 9 levels
