With this back extension machine from Hoist (made in the USA), you can effectively yet gently train your lower back muscles. Thanks to the unique technology of the ROC IT Selectorized series, the seat, and thus the athlete, moves slightly on the machine during the exercise, ensuring the perfect training angle.
The strength training machine features a weight stack with 18 levels for heavy strength training. The footrest can be adjusted to 6 levels , depending on leg length and height.
- The ROC-IT technology aligns the user as they move on the machine, starting with a slight forward lean, then the seat moves backwards, straightening up to maintain proper alignment between the hips and lower back, thus reducing stress on the back.
- The round back cushion in the middle is designed to ensure safe and comfortable movement while providing optimal support for the hips and spine
