With this plate-loaded negative bench press machine from Hoist (made in the USA), you can effectively yet gently train your chest muscles, especially the lower chest. Thanks to the unique technology of the ROC IT series, the seat, and thus the athlete, moves slightly on the machine during the exercise, ensuring the perfect training angle.
The strength training machine has two weight slots with 50mm plate diameters and four storage compartments on the rear of the frame. The seat height can be adjusted to seven different positions for optimal chest press training.
- The ROC-IT technology aligns the user with the press arms during the movement, for a start with the handles at chest height and then tilts the user slightly backward to achieve the movement like a negative bench.
- Independent, converging training arms ensure natural movement and minimize stress on the anterior shoulder capsule
- Training arms are balanced at the back with a counterweight for a low starting weight
- Large rubber handles for different training positions and angles.
