Multi-station power station for up to 4 people from Hoist
This multi-gym from the American manufacturer Hoist offers a complete workout for all muscle groups in a compact space. The integrated weight stacks allow the difficulty level of each exercise to be individually adjusted. Furthermore, each training station has its own weight stack, allowing up to four people to train simultaneously on the multi-gym. The device is simply designed without any frills and impresses with its solid, Made in the USA construction!
With this multi cable pull station, almost all exercises that are otherwise performed on classic strength training equipment can be trained on a compact strength training station.
The following stations are installed:
1x leg extension and leg curl combo (weight block in 21 levels)
1x lat pulldown and rowing combo (weight block in 16 levels)
1x biceps and triceps station (cable pull from above or below) (weight block in 21 levels)
2x height-adjustable cable pulls opposite as cable crossover for various exercises (e.g. chest and shoulder) (weight block in 21 levels)
The Hoist Multistation can be set up freestanding anywhere in your facility. It's also perfect for hotels, corporate fitness rooms, clubs, fire departments, and similar applications. Unlike standalone machines, the multi-gym is more space-saving and affordable.
