This Olympic flat press bench from HBP allows you to train your chest muscles in isolation using a barbell (available separately). The barbell rack features a barbell rack that can be adjusted to various heights. The spotter has ample space and can get close enough to the trainee to secure the barbell if necessary. The weight bench is easy to use and of high quality, offering everything you need for bench press training .
