Hammer Strength MTS Rowing (High) Machine
This Hammer Strength MTS series high rowing machine is an effective training device for the upper back muscles . The two weight stacks allow you to train the left or right side independently. The weight stacks on the Hammer Strength MTS rowing machine each weigh 75 kg , making them perfect for heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in 5 kg increments, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker people.
The seat is adjustable to various heights, so the rowing machine can be individually adapted to your body size.
