With the Hammer Strength Abdominal Crunch Machine, you can primarily strengthen the rectus abdominis, as it replicates the movement of crunches/sit-ups, only the exercise is performed while seated. The seat is height-adjustable, allowing the abdominal oblique crunch to be individually adjusted to your body size.
