Programs on a continuous basis

• Your HAMMER Q.VADIS 3.0 treats you to a wide variety of programs that enrich your running training either individually, health-oriented, or with plenty of additional running variety. You can choose from 12 pre-installed workout programs. Each program can be divided into 10 sections and the incline and speed can be adjusted accordingly.

• The two user programs are divided into 10 sections. You can individually adjust the speed, incline, and running time.

• With the two heart rate programs (only available with the optional chest strap), you can safely train according to your set heart rate. You also preset the speed and running time. Your Q.VADIS 3.0 is the perfect running machine for really burning off energy after a hard day at work!

Large power display

The large, clear display presents your training data in a clear, legible format. You can see the following metrics at a glance: distance, incline, steps, calories, heart rate, time, and speed.
The console features a push-and-turn dial for quick navigation and a tablet holder. The LCD touch buttons (quick-select buttons) are also easy to read and make adjusting incline and speed easier. With the integrated speakers and AUX input for headphones, you can enjoy your running workout with perfect sound. The USB port on the display charges your smartphone or tablet during your run.

Train with Kinomap and Zwift all over the world

You train virtually on thousands of routes around the world. You can install the fitness apps Kinomap and Zwift on your tablet or smartphone. Then simply connect them to the Q.VADIS 3.0 via Bluetooth. Enjoy the virtual training atmosphere and the live route experience . With Kinomap, you run fascinating and breathtaking routes, and the incline on the treadmill is even adjusted in real time to the simulated route. Share your training successes with friends and followers, or run alongside other running enthusiasts.

The perfect space-saving miracle for your home

Folding and unfolding the treadmill is very easy with the red foot pedal. The incline must be set to maximum (12%) to fold the treadmill. Press the FOLD button on the console to set the folding position. Simply press the red foot pedal and the treadmill will fold down without any annoying screwing. You can then easily move the Q.VADIS 3.0 around the room using the handle at the rear of the treadmill and the transport wheels. Perfect space saver! When folded, the treadmill fits perfectly under the sofa or stands upright next to a cupboard.

Large running surface for taking off

A generous 140 x 48 cm running surface (2.5 mm thick) offers a comfortable and free running experience during your workout. The clever design allows you to train with a body weight of up to 130 kg. The Q.VADIS 3.0 treadmill is 48 cm wide, giving you the perfect freedom of movement for a safe and effective workout. The diamond-patterned treadmill surface guarantees the necessary grip while running.
Super-soft running feel

The vibration-damped 6-point super soft treadmill surface ensures a realistic running feel and joint-friendly movement, just like on a forest floor.

Increasing performance

Extra LCD touch buttons on the console for incline and speed get you up to speed quickly. The incline is adjusted using the arrow keys or the three quick-select buttons (6%, 9%, and 12%). You can control your speed using the +/- buttons or the three quick-select buttons (6, 9, and 12 km/h). The treadmill motor of the Q.VADIS 3.0 has 2 HP and a speed range of 1 to 18 km/h. With the Q VADIS 3.0, you'll sprint forward!

Always on the pulse of the times

Keep an eye on your heart rate during your run and check it regularly using the hand pulse sensors. Your current heart rate is clearly displayed on the screen. A chest strap is required to use the two heart rate programs. (Not included)
