With this seated calf press from Gym80 's Sygnum 3027 series, you can train your calf muscles in isolation and gently. The seated calf press features rubberized handles on the sides of the seat, providing a secure grip during your workout. The seat, and thus the starting position based on leg length, can be adjusted in 12 different lengths, allowing the rotary calf press to be perfectly adapted to the user's height. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large 135 kg weight stack . However, the weight can be increased in 5 kg increments, making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker users.
