With this 2-piece set consisting of abductor and adductor machines from Gym80 from the Sygnum series, you can safely and effectively train the inner and outer thigh muscles.
Abductor Machine: Here you can isolate and gently train the outer thigh muscles. The starting position of the Hip Abduction machine can be adjusted in various stages. There are footrests in two different stages for tall and short users. The fitness equipment is equipped with a stack weight block with 105kg in 5kg increments, making it suitable for heavy strength training.
Adductor Machine: Here you can isolate and gently train the inner thigh muscles. The starting position of the Hip Adduction machine can be adjusted in 7 different stages. There are footrests in two different stages for tall and short users. The fitness equipment is equipped with a stack weight block with 105kg in 5kg increments and is therefore suitable for heavy strength training.
