Gym80 rowing tower, cable rowing, rowing station similar to Sygnum 4016
This rowing tower from Gym80 is an effective training device for the upper back muscles . The cable pulley and attached snap hooks allow for the use of various handles, allowing for flexible training on the rowing station and targeting different muscle groups. The seat is extra long, allowing both shorter and taller people to use the rowing machine . The footrests are extra non-slip and thus provide a good grip while performing exercises. The handle rest is specially rubberized. The fitness device is equipped with a 75 kg plug-in weight block . If that's not enough, you can also insert a plate load pin at the front and back (included!) to attach up to two 20 kg plates, thus achieving a total weight of up to 115 kg. (The weight plates are NOT included but can be purchased for an additional charge.)
