With this old-school back extension machine from Gym80, you can train your back muscles in isolation and gently. The back padding of the back extension machine is height-adjustable to 16 different levels , allowing it to be adapted to a wide range of users. The footplate is extra large. The fitness machine is equipped with a 120 kg weight stack , making it suitable for heavy strength training. However, the weight can be increased in small 5 kg increments , making the exercise machine easy to use even for older or weaker users.
