Back extension bench, hyperextension 45° from Gym80
With this 45-degree back extension bench from Gym80, you can train your lower back muscles in isolation and gently, using both your own body weight and additional weights like weight plates or a weighted vest. The hip pad for the hyperextension is height-adjustable, allowing the back extension bench to be individually adjusted to your body size. The extra-large footrest provides good support while performing the exercises. Once you're experienced, you could also try using the machine for lateral exercises; this should also work (no guarantee, just a recommendation!)
