With this 45-degree back extension bench from Gym80's Sygnum series, you can train your lower back muscles in isolation and gently, using both your own body weight and additional weights. The hip pad for the hyperextension bench has a cutout in the middle and is height-adjustable, allowing the back extension bench to be individually adjusted to your body size. The footrest is non-slip and padded at the heel.
