Gym80 multi-press guided, Smith Machine, frame color white, used - checked condition
The guided multi-press from Gym80 ( Made in Germany ) offers a simple and classic design and appeals to users of all fitness levels. The Smith Machine can be individually adjusted to all levels of difficulty thanks to the plate-loaded 50mm plate holder by adding suitable weight plates (available separately from us). The high-quality and stable multi-press enables the safe and effective execution of squat and bench press exercises , as well as complex, related exercises such as deadlifts and many more, thanks to the linear ball bearings. The starting position with the hooks for hanging the bar on the frame can be adjusted in 8 levels; these also serve as emergency shelves and thus ensure safe training alone. At the back of the crossbar, an area was padded with foam and adhesive tape by the previous owner; this can of course be removed if desired. The device is almost identical in construction to the current strength training device from Gym80, the 4002 Basic multi-press station.
