With this side tilt machine from Med80 (built by Gym80 but with medical device approval ) (Made in Germany!) you can train the lateral torso, abdominal and back muscles in an isolated and gentle way. The shoulder bars with padding and handles (the training arm) and thus also the starting angle are adjustable in 9 steps (to the right and to the left). The seat has 7 height settings, supported by a gas pressure damper, and the leg rests are infinitely height adjustable. This means that the rotation machine can be individually adapted to the desired movement and body size. The side tilt exercise can be performed to the right or left. The strength training device is equipped with a 70kg weight block in fine 2.5kg steps , so the weight can be gradually increased and this makes the exercise equipment easy to use even for older/weaker people. The strength training device is also perfect for rehabilitation and medical patients as it is a medical device according to 93/42/EEC Class I (MPG and MDD Medical Devices Act) .
